The parish leadership of the Episcopal Churches in Stamford will meet on Thursday, May 3, at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church in Riverside to discuss plans for the shape of the Episcopal ministry in Stamford. Representatives from St. Francis, St. John’s, Christ the Healer, and St. Andrews will attend. St. Francis and St. John’s Lutheran Church will collaborate again on a Midnight Run on Friday, May 4. We will gather at the Church at 7:00 PM to prepare the bag lunches, sort the clothes, prepare the hygiene bags, and load the truck. Those making the “Run” into New York City will leave around 9:00 PM and return around 2:00 AM. The Midnight Run provides food, clothing, and hospitality to those living on the streets in New York City. We…
